Prioritizing the Health and Safety of Our Residents
Lantana Wellness Center takes our residents’ and staff’s health and safety very seriously, prioritizing their well-being by continuing to take action to reduce the risks of COVID-19.
We remain committed to following precautionary measures and guidelines set by state and federal governments, including the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the US Department of Labor Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). We stay current with COVID-19 policies and continually review and update them based on local conditions.
All patients are tested for COVID-19 upon arrival and monitored for symptoms throughout their stay. During treatment, any resident exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms or who may have encountered a possible exposure will be tested for the virus and quarantined, pending a negative test result. Any resident requiring a higher level of medical treatment will be discharged to receive the proper care.
